Our signature Nicaraguan coffee cups at 84 points on the SCA scale — specialty grade — and our special lots reach 87–88. Every bag comes from Guadalupe Farms, our own farm in Nicaragua, and from Catholic coffee-farming families in Nicaragua and Latin America, bought directly from the people who grow it. 100% of our margin goes back into Catholic Trade — reinvested in the farmers and the local communities where our coffee is grown.
