At Guadalupe Roastery, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Here's an overview of our extended shipping policy:
Order Processing: Your shipments are dispatched the next day after you've successfully placed your order. We process coffee orders daily, and if for any reason you need to request a refund, you have until ONE Hour after your order to do so.
Order Cancellation: Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time can be cancelled until 10:00 PM on the same day. However, any cancellations made after 10:00 PM will be processed automatically through our fulfillment center.
Shipping Providers: Our Shipping Policy is contingent upon reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we transfer responsibility to our logistics service providers both domestically and internationally.
Order Corrections: Should you notice any errors in your order, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately through brad@guadaluperoastery.com. Our team will be more than happy to assist you during our office hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12 noon.
