Our signature Nicaraguan coffee cups at 84 points on the SCA scale (specialty grade) and our special lots reach up to 89. Every bag is bought directly from the families who grow it, roasted on demand at origin, and 100% of our margin goes back into Catholic Trade. We pay our farmers a fair price above the commodity market and put 100% of our margin back into Catholic Trade — the farmers and their communities.
