Most coffee passes through brokers, importers, contract roasters and distributors before it reaches you. Ours does not. Traceably Catholic is our name for a supply chain you can follow from the tree to your cup, built by Catholic families at every link.

Traceability is easy to claim and hard to show. Here is what each link looks like in our case.

Guadalupe Farms and the families we know by name
We grow coffee on our own farm and buy the rest from Catholic farming families in the highlands of Latin America, directly, at prices that let them stay on their land and raise their children in the Faith. No brokers.
02 · The roaster
We are the roaster
Since 2015 we have roasted our own coffee. Your bag is roasted on demand when you order it, not stored for months. That is why we can tell you the score of the lot in your hands.
03 · The margin
Catholic Trade
100% of our margin goes back into Catholic Trade: the next harvest, fair prices, family farms and the common good. Not a donation attached to a product, but an economy built on dignified work.
04 · The prayer
The Ave Maria Mission
Born from a consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. For every pound of coffee sold, we donate a Rosary, placed in the hands of someone in need through the religious communities who serve at origin.
What it is not
Not charity. An economy.
We do not ask you to buy coffee to fund a cause. We ask you to buy excellent coffee from people who do the work and keep the value. The families earn more because the coffee is better and because nobody stands between them and you. The Rosary is what we add on top, not the reason to buy.
