The specialty of the home. Cristo Rey is Guadalupe Roastery’s signature coffee: a washed lot from the highlands of Nicaragua, cupped at 84 points and built to the same profile year-round, so every bag tastes the way you remember it. Named for Christ the King, it is the coffee we pour first at Guadalupe Roastery and the one our families reach for every morning. At 84 points it is an exceptional score for a coffee you can drink every single day.
