Parish Christmas Coffee Fundraiser
Your parish keeps 35% of every bag.
No minimum, no inventory, and the parish never pays out of pocket. Take orders after Mass in November, send us one order, and we deliver one box before the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
How it works
Sign up
Tell us your parish, a coordinator and a shipping address with the form below. We email you the kit, ready to print.
Take orders after Mass
Announce it from the pulpit and in the bulletin. Parishioners pay the parish directly: $18 a bag, cash or check made out to the parish.
Send one order
Email us the Parish Order Form with the bags of each coffee and grind. Within one business day we send an invoice for 65% of sales, $11.70 a bag, payable by Tuesday, December 1.
Hand out the coffee
We roast your order and ship it free. It arrives by Friday, December 11, in time for pick-up on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Gaudete Sunday.
Key dates
The coffees
Four coffees, each in a 12 oz bag, whole bean or ground.
Our signature coffee, named for Christ the King. Milk chocolate, a bright touch of lemon, round and balanced.
Dark chocolate, caramelized sugar and ripe fruit, with a gentle spice.
Bold and full-bodied, for those who like their coffee dark.
Decaffeinated without chemicals, so everyone at the table can enjoy a second cup.
What your parish raises
| Bags sold | Families (2 bags each) | Parish keeps | Rosaries donated |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 25 | $315 | 37 |
| 100 | 50 | $630 | 75 |
| 200 | 100 | $1,260 | 150 |
| 400 | 200 | $2,520 | 300 |
For every pound sold, we donate a Rosary, placed in the hands of a patient in a hospital or a family in need by the Franciscan communities who serve at origin.
Questions
Is there really no minimum?
None. A parish that sells 20 bags gets the same 35% as one that sells 500.
Does the parish pay anything up front?
No. Parishioners pay the parish when they order. We invoice only after you send your order, and you pay before we ship.
Can we charge a different price?
Yes. We suggest $18 because it is easy for cash. If you charge more, the difference stays with the parish; our invoice is always $11.70 a bag.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. We ship free to one address in the United States, usually the parish office.
What is in the kit?
A program guide, bulletin and pulpit announcements, a poster, order slips, a tally sheet for volunteers and the Parish Order Form.
Who runs the program?
Piero Ayala, personally: pyupanky@tostaduriaguadalupe.com ยท (239) 986-0550.
