Altura Coffee, Grown at high elevation for a brighter, cleaner cup with refined flavor
Grown high, dried in the cherry. Altura is a natural-process coffee from the mountains of Nicaragua: the cherries are sun-dried whole before milling, which gives the cup its wine-like fruit and lush sweetness.
Roasted to a clean medium level so the fruit stays bright and the body stays smooth. A coffee for people who want more than chocolate and nuts in the cup.
