Two coffees, one golden cup. Golden Harvest is a blend of our two signature lots: the washed coffee behind Cristo Rey (chocolate, lemon, round sweetness) and our natural-process coffee (wine-like fruit, lush sweetness). Together they make a medium roast that is brighter than the washed lot alone and rounder than the natural alone.

Drip coffee and Pour-Over:

French Press:
The coffee to water ratio is 1:12, . With a 12oz of coffee beans, you can make 24 cups of French press coffee per 12oz of beans.
Espresso Machine:
Is highly concentrated coffee, so the coffee to water ratio (1:2). If you have a 12oz bag you can make around 24 shots of espresso per 12oz of coffee beans.
