Mountain of Peace | Saint John Paul II Harvest 2026
From the farm at the foot of the Shrine. Mountain of Peace is the 2026 harvest of Guadalupe Farms, formerly Finca San Juan Pablo II, the coffee farm that sits below the Mountain of Peace Shrine in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, on land consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This is the coffee closest to our mission: grown, picked and dried by the families who work that land, then roasted to order to a full-bodied medium-dark level (Agtron 50) that brings out dark chocolate, caramelized sugar and a gentle spice.

French Press:
The coffee to water ratio is 1:12, . With a 12oz of coffee beans, you can make 24 cups of French press coffee per 12oz of beans.
Espresso Machine:
Is highly concentrated coffee, so the coffee to water ratio (1:2). If you have a 12oz bag you can make around 24 shots of espresso per 12oz of coffee beans.
